How to Reserve a Vehicle

As an approved user of BPP Rent & Ride Inc., you can easily reserve our community vehicles for your organization’s transportation needs. Our vehicles are designed to facilitate group travel for residents, enhancing community connectivity throughout the Buffalo Point First Nation and RM of Piney partnership region.

Reservation Process

  1. Contact BPP Administration: To book a vehicle, your organization’s primary contact should contact BPP Administration at 204-905-1768 or email admin@bpprentride.ca.
  2. Booking Requirements: When making your reservation, be sure to provide:
    • The date you wish to reserve the vehicle
    • Your required start time
    • Your expected return time
    • The name of the individual who will be picking up the vehicle
  3. Advance Notice: All vehicle reservations must be received by BPP Rent & Ride at least 3 business days prior to your planned departure.
  4. Reservation Duration: You may reserve a vehicle for:
    • Minimum duration: 1 hour
    • Maximum consecutive duration: 7 days (longer reservations may be approved by the Board)
    • Bookings can be made up to 3 months in advance

Available Vehicles

Our current fleet includes:

  • 2023 Toyota Sienna: A 7-passenger hybrid van offering comfort and fuel efficiency
  • 2018 Ram ProMaster 2500: A 10-passenger wheelchair accessible van ensuring we can accommodate all residents’ needs

Vehicle Pick-Up Locations

Vehicles are available at one of these designated home locations:

  • Vassar: RM of Piney office at 6092 Boundary St.
  • Buffalo Point: Buffalo Point First Nation Health & Wellness Centre at 60 Buffalo Point Road

Cancellations, Early Returns, and No-Shows

If your plans change, please modify or cancel your reservation as soon as possible by contacting BPP Administration. Please refer to our “Rates & Fees” page for detailed information about policies and charges related to:

  • Cancellations
  • Early returns
  • Late returns
  • No-shows
